We had a good weekend’s action last weekend at Naas and Navan, with all horses running very pleasing races. Echoes of Family (pictured) made her debut in a Maiden Hurdle at Naas where she finished eighth in a large field. She was unfortunate to be slightly interfered with at the first hurdle but regained her confidence after another couple of flights to finish well and pass horses the whole way up the straight. She came out of her race well, and we will look for another nice race for her in a couple of weeks. She will hopefully prove a lot of fun for the Racing Club. As ever, if you want any further info please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Advantage Point ran well to come third, unlucky to be passed just before the line. He looks to have a bright future ahead and hopefully he will be successful for his loyal owners.
Coney Island made his seasonal reappearance after a couple of disappointing runs last year. He ran a super race to come third in a fantastic renewal of the Lismullen Hurdle, and we hope last season is well and truly behind him.
